Managing a significant Google Ads program, the full-time remote Paid Search Specialist will optimize high-volume ad spend, oversee campaign architecture, and implement creative testing to enhance performance across various platforms.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of Google Ads across multiple campaign types, focusing on optimization and performance metrics
Develop and implement keyword strategies, bid strategies, and budget pacing to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency
Coordinate cross-channel efforts with paid social and SEO teams, ensuring consistent messaging and full-funnel coverage

Required qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with significant annual spend
Proven track record of managing $7+ figures in US Google Ads spend
Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center, and Google Ads editor
Strong metrics literacy in DTC performance indicators such as ROAS and LTV
Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards independently
