Leading AI solution deployments for a diverse client base, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will define client engagement strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful technology integration and change management.
Key responsibilities
Define and lead the overall client engagement strategy for AI deployments, acting as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor
Direct cross-functional deployment teams, establishing vision, priorities, and governance for client initiatives
Oversee the deployment lifecycle, managing timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with client goals
Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar managerial role within a consulting environment
Proven track record of leading successful technology deployments, particularly in AI solutions
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries is a strong plus
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred
