Affiliate Relations Coordinator

A company is looking for an Affiliate Relations Associate to support the recruitment and maintenance of a qualified affiliate behavioral health network.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant affiliate behavioral health network
Conduct phone screenings and ensure accurate documentation of affiliate information
Serve as a point of contact for affiliate counselors and manage inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service, preferably in healthcare
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
Experience conducting structured phone interviews
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and timely
