Key responsibilities
Own revenue growth for platform accounts through renewals and expansions, identifying upsell opportunities
Lead strategic account planning and build executive-level relationships with platform customers
Ensure value realization for platforms through adoption planning and operational excellence initiatives
Required qualifications
10+ years in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or customer success in SaaS, video, or ad-tech environments
Proven success in driving renewals and expansion with large enterprise customers
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing complex deal cycles in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
