To lead the development of AI-Enhanced Optimization strategies, the fully remote Director of Search Strategy will architect frameworks and tools that enhance clients' discoverability in an AI-driven search landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
Build and formalize Orchestra's AEO Insights framework, defining methodologies and KPIs for analyzing search behavior
Develop and refine the AEO toolkit by operationalizing advanced analytics and AI search intelligence tools
Transform complex data sets into clear insights and integrate them into brand and communication strategies
Required qualifications
8-12 years of experience in SEO/AEO, digital strategy, or content intelligence, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting
Deep expertise in search algorithms, structured data, and semantic optimization
Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools to inform strategy or workflows
Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
Familiarity with search tools and emerging AI analytics platforms
