Associate Creative Director

To support a growing creative team, the full-time Associate Creative Director will take creative ownership of core client accounts, ensuring high-quality execution while mentoring team members and leading new business opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Take creative ownership of client accounts, maintaining direction and quality throughout projects
Act as a creative point of continuity, collaborating with Production and Tech to balance ambition and feasibility
Lead pitches and new client opportunities, articulating the studio's unique perspective and building a public-facing leadership profile

Required qualifications

Proven experience in a senior creative role with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative execution
Expertise in 2D/3D motion design and familiarity with the creative process from concept to delivery
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing design talent
Experience in client stewardship and building trust through effective collaboration
Demonstrated interest and understanding of AI in creative applications
