Leading technology analysis and custom workflow solutions, the full-time Senior Search Consultant will manage client-facing Keyword Search Consultation services and drive innovation in search consulting workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead the analysis and implementation of technology and GenAI-enabled workflows to enhance data management and client deliverables
Conduct expert Keyword Search Consultation services, developing custom solutions and reports for clients
Mentor junior team members and participate in initiatives to improve team efficiency and service standardization
Required qualifications
Proficiency in DART syntax, dtSearch syntax, and IQ ECA technology
Experience in developing and documenting workflow strategies and standard operating procedures
Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses and develop innovative solutions
Strong background in search consultation services and quality control protocols
Experience in mentoring and training team members
