What We're Seeking:
We’re seeking a talented and creative individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table and execute them with precision. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting eye‑catching graphic designs, writing engaging copy, and producing short‑form video content that stands out. You’ll be creating a variety of social media posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
Client management and content creation experience are required. Agency experience is preferred. Portfolio required for application.
Job Responsibilities:
At Posted Digital, we’re all about collaboration, creativity, and delivering authentic content. The following duties reflect the core responsibilities for this role, but we’re a flexible team, so expect opportunities to take on new tasks as we grow together.
Lead Social Media Strategy: Manage the creation, posting, and day‑to‑day handling of content for our clients across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create and Share Video Content: Film, edit, and post dynamic video content that is tailored to a diverse range of clients.
Design Eye‑Catching Visuals: Craft artwork for clients, design marketing materials, and create infographics that stand out on social media.
Develop and Execute Social Campaigns: Build and manage social media calendars, driving campaigns for promotions, sales, and product launches.
Write Engaging Copy: Write attention‑grabbing, on‑brand copy for social media posts.
Track and Analyze Performance: Dive into campaign data, tracking performance metrics and evaluating the return on investment for every campaign.
Manage Multiple Projects: Juggle multiple client projects, meet deadlines, and keep up with client communications.
Handle Client Management: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, clear communication, and smooth project execution.
Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, social media, or a related field preferred
2+ years of direct social media management and content creation experience
Demonstrated experience creating social media posts & graphics is a must.
Advanced understanding of social media platforms and previous experience of social media management.
Client management and content creation experience.
Portfolio required for application.
Pay:
Starting at $60k, based on experience.
