Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Entry Level Account Representative position based in CT. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the team to achieve strategic objectives. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to develop your skills and enhance your career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and relationship building

Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

Foundational experience or interest in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed set targets

Willingness to engage in Training sessions to develop professional and leadership competencies

Adaptable and results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals

High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
