Associate Technical Writer

Working in a hybrid role based in Santo Domingo, the Associate Technical Writer will create and maintain documentation for the Flash PARCS product line, focusing on troubleshooting guides, QA validation steps, and customer-facing articles while collaborating with QA, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
Key responsibilities

Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, QA validation steps, internal knowledge base articles, and customer-facing documentation
Translate technical and operational scenarios into clear, structured instructions that reflect actual system behavior
Regularly review and update existing documentation to align with product changes, new releases, and known issues

Required qualifications

Experience with Flash PARCS (OS) or similar parking/access control systems
Experience in technical writing, QA, or Support roles
Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Freshdesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
Basic understanding of troubleshooting workflows and system behavior in production environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks independently
