To drive significant growth in the Florida and Texas markets, the full-time Director of Sales will lead and mentor a regional sales team focused on state and local government and education sectors, developing sales strategies and managing client relationships remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve multi-million dollar annual quotas
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners, fostering a high-performance culture
Serve as a trusted advisor for key strategic client accounts, maintaining strong executive relationships
Required qualifications
B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience leading high-performing sales teams in management consulting or IT professional services within the public sector
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that exceed quotas
Established executive network in the Florida and/or Texas public sector markets
Experience guiding teams through complex proposal efforts and contract negotiations
