Digital Account Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for managing client services teams across multiple clients, ensuring campaign goals are met, and overseeing the entire campaign process from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full omni-channel engagement and client relationships
Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and oversee project development
Document project scopes, author briefs, and manage financial forecasting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing client relationships within a pharma agency
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including HCP/DTC
Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
Experience managing pharma brand launches, preferably in rare disease
Background in digital tactics is required
