Welcoming early-career operators, the full-time remote PR Coordinator will draft press materials, support media outreach efforts, and assist in member casting while learning from experienced team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities

Draft press releases, media alerts, and other communications for review by senior team members
Support media requests and maintain media lists, pitch calendars, and coverage summaries
Assist in recruiting members for press opportunities and manage related logistics

Required qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Familiarity with PR and project management tools such as Google Alerts and Jira
AI fluency and experience using tools like ChatGPT in daily workflows
Willingness to participate in media training and serve as a spokesperson when needed
