The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in planning, developing, and project‑managing all Shopper Marketing and Retail Media efforts at Sprouts. Lead the Shopper Marketing automation portal, handle campaign execution details, and provide operational support that impacts the company’s financial health. The role combines project management with vendor relationship building across internal marketing, merchandising, and external agencies. It also offers opportunities to sharpen strategic and execution skills through yearly planning initiatives and detailed campaign work.

They will gain experience across Sales & Marketing functions required to support a leading national grocery company, working cross‑functionally with agency partners and vendors.

Overview Of Responsibilities

Assist in developing, executing, and measuring Shopper Marketing and Retail Media programs that drive awareness, trial, conversion, traffic, and basket growth for vendors and Sprouts.

Project‑manage campaigns and a la carte initiatives from inception through reporting and billing.

Build and act as a liaison between Sprouts’ vendors, internal marketing, and merchandising teams.

Support the annual vendor planning process and related stakeholder meetings.

Develop best‑in‑class solutions leveraging customer insights.

Maintain strict timelines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Manage agency partners.

Own the internal Shopper Marketing portal and the team’s project‑management system (Asana).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.

5+ years experience in a marketing‑related role, ideally with paid media exposure.

Exceptional critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to connect dots and proactively propose solutions beyond the usual.

Inquisitive mindset with willingness to set and pursue best‑in‑class standards.

Excellent relationship‑building and people skills.

Proficient with MS Office Suite and project‑management software (Asana or ClickUp experience is a plus).

Experience working against clear KPIs and success metrics.

Resourceful, self‑motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
