Strategically focused on driving revenue, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Field Marketing will design and execute localized marketing programs, including regional roadshows and executive roundtables, to support sales velocity and strengthen market leadership.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional field marketing plan aligned with sales goals and enterprise account targets
Lead the strategy, sourcing, and execution for all regional events, including VIP dinners and local user groups
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for regional sales leadership, ensuring alignment on territory priorities and maximizing event attendance
Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within an enterprise SaaS environment
Proven track record of partnering with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate localized deals
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple regional events simultaneously
Comfort with core marketing technologies, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and attributing field activity to revenue
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions quickly while operating autonomously
