Leading the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Director of Corporate Development will manage mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives while working remotely and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial analysis and valuation workstreams across strategic transactions
Drive transaction processes including structuring, negotiations, and execution
Manage relationships with external advisors and enhance Corporate Development processes for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
6-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise across various transaction types
Proven ability to independently lead complex, high-visibility projects
Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
