A fast‑growing leader in powered prosthetic knee technology is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to drive market expansion across the Midwest U.S. Our mission is to elevate mobility and transform the lives of individuals with limb loss through cutting‑edge innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across O&P clinics, distributors, and strategic partners.

Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships to support continued growth.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate technical features to potential clients.

Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategy and product development.

Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry forums.

Travel up to 70% throughout the Midwest region.

Qualifications
Required:

5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within O&P, biomechanics, or medical devices.

Residency within the Midwest region .

Demonstrated success achieving or surpassing sales goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong account management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.

Self‑motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred:

Previous experience selling O&P technologies or solutions.

5–7 years of experience selling specifically into the O&P profession.

Proficiency with CRM and sales pipeline management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
