Overview

The role plays a key role in ensuring effective communication at the enterprise level to drive awareness among employees about the organization’s mission, vision, values, goals and business priorities. The role ensures effective and consistent communication across all levels and departments to help employees feel informed about and motivated by the company's activities and impact.
Responsibilities

Proactively engages with business partners to help them achieve their objectives through communications and create an accountable, inclusive culture.
Creates and executes internal communication strategies and plans aligned with the company’s goals and values, applying communication best practices and making recommendations based on metrics.
Writes and distributes company-wide communications and adapts content for email messages, intranet content, video/visual presentations and all‑employee meetings, ensuring consistency while maximizing engagement and understanding.
Maintains active and collaborative relationships with HR, working closely with the team to recommend strategies related to employee engagement, total rewards, learning, policies and performance evaluation.
Creates and curates user‑friendly, organized and accessible content for intranet/digital channels, structuring content, leveraging multimedia communications, optimizing search functionality and maintaining a consistent layout.
Deploys new technology to engage employees in a hybrid workplace, such as generative AI, and works with IT to develop and test technology that supports communications and facilitates the roll‑out for all employees.
Collaborates with leaders to synthesize intricate business information into clear, concise messages that employees can easily understand.
Organizes and manages internal events such as town halls, meetings and learning opportunities that support communication strategies.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 7+ years of communication experience in support of employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient ability to use SharePoint, M365 apps, multimedia, generative AI and visual communication channels.
Ability to translate technical and complex information.
Relationship building skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work well under pressure, with demonstrated success at working under deadlines with tight time frames.
Ability to multi‑task and thrive in challenging situations that require creativity, drive and commitment.
Problem‑solving skills.
Oral and written skills.
Proofreading skills and knowledge of AP Style with an acute eye for detail and quality.
Project management skills.

Salary Range

$113,573.00 – $163,364.04
