Fiber Network Planner Engineer

To support network performance and scalability, the contract Fiber Network Planner/Capacity Engineer will analyze traffic patterns, optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Analyze network traffic patterns and develop capacity plans for future needs
Continuously monitor network performance and identify optimization opportunities
Create reports on network utilization and present findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technology field
Deep knowledge of network architecture, including cellular and optical technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools and capacity planning software
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and traffic modeling
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various audiences
