Key Responsibilities:
Architect the AI-Centric Digital Workplace by integrating generative AI into daily workflows
Drive Zero-Touch Automation to create a self-healing ecosystem for device management and security
Lead the end user support function, enhancing IT service management and self-service capabilities
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT leadership experience, including 2 years at the Director level in relevant fields
Proven experience managing technology platforms as products with a focus on user adoption
Deep familiarity with modern endpoint management and AI/automation tools
Strong change management skills to facilitate transitions to new workflows
Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical visions to executive leadership
