Leading the sales strategy for third-party origination, the full-time remote Director of TPO Sales will manage broker partnerships, oversee loan production, and ensure alignment with compliance and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
Establish strategic direction for third-party origination sales, translating enterprise goals into actionable plans and performance expectations
Oversee daily sales performance, monitoring loan pipelines and broker productivity while supporting complex loan structuring and issue resolution
Guide the management and expansion of broker relationships to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in mortgage sales, including sales processes and operations
4+ years of experience in leadership and coaching to enhance team performance
Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in third-party distribution models
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities with a proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
