Field Service Representative

Seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative, the remote position will focus on delivering, installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities:

Perform general field service repair and maintenance activities for customers and installed machine base
Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment
Collaborate with sales members for machine demos, installations, and technical training

Required qualifications:

BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills
