The Role
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Manager, Commercial to play a critical leadership role in driving commercial growth and operational excellence across our network, primarily at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

As a key member of both the corporate commercial team and the LAX project leadership team, you will act as a senior interface between internal stakeholders and Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). You will lead high-impact initiatives, support long-term commercial planning, and help optimize non-aeronautical revenue streams across one of the world’s busiest airports.

In addition to the LAX engagement, the role will support broader commercial initiatives across the wider company portfolio and contribute to new business and growth opportunities as required.

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Serve as a key onsite commercial lead and trusted advisor to LAWA, providing strategic guidance across revenue optimization, leasing, procurement, and operational improvements
Represent the organization in senior client-facing interactions, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Support development and alignment of long-term strategic and commercial plans, including terminal redevelopment initiatives
Deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and progress updates

Strategic Initiatives & Commercial Planning
Lead and support transformation programs and high-impact strategic initiatives across the LAX campus
Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize non-aeronautical revenue
Support retail, food & beverage, and service planning aligned with passenger growth and terminal expansion

Leasing, Procurement & Development
Assist in structuring and managing RFP/RFQ processes for concession opportunities
Support lease negotiations, financial modeling, and deal structuring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, construction, operations) to deliver concession developments
Monitor project progress, facilitate coordination meetings, and ensure successful execution

Space Planning & Design Coordination
Work with planners and operators to define optimal concession layouts and tenant mix
Ensure alignment between passenger experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes

Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across concessions, parking, and land development
Support growth of advisory services and expansion of client relationships
Contribute to new engagements from opportunity identification through execution

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in airport commercial operations, strategy, or consulting
Strong background in concessions, parking revenue, and/or land development
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
Experience working with airport authorities (LAWA and LAX experience is a strong asset)
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in complex environments
Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and revenue optimization
Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
Strong presentation skills, including executive and board‑level communication

Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000 annually.

Location: On‑site role located in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area.
