About Unilever
With 3.4 billion people in over 190 countries using our products every day, Unilever is a business that makes a real impact on the world. Work on brands that are loved and improve the lives of our consumers and the communities around us. We are driven by our purpose: to make sustainable living commonplace, and it is our belief that doing business the right way drives superior performance. At the heart of what we do is our people – we believe that when our people work with purpose, we will create a better business and a better world.

About Wild
We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and, as a high-growth company, we’re proud to have recently been acquired by Unilever in 2025. With their support, we’re now taking on the US market as we work to become the number one refillable bathroom brand in the world.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven, target‑oriented performer to help scale Wild’s US growth through high‑impact creator partnerships, with a focus on the US market. This is a commercial role where you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll manage all aspects of discovering and building relationships with talent of all sizes across multiple platforms to deliver impactful campaign activations. You will own a portfolio of influencer and celebrity partnerships, with clear accountability for driving revenue, achieving ambitious sales targets, and scaling performance partnerships at pace.

You’ll also lead by example within the team – mentoring junior executives, helping shape processes, and collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to identify new growth opportunities.
