Freelance Video Designer

To support a dynamic marketing team, the Freelance Video Designer will create and produce engaging paid social ads focused on conversion, working remotely for up to 10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities

Concept and produce paid social ads end-to-end with a direct focus on conversion
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver creative assets across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Transform raw user-generated content into polished direct-response advertisements while managing the full creative spectrum

Required qualifications

Strong experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects or comparable tools
Proven ability to concept and execute creative ideas independently
Experience briefing user-generated content creators and editing their footage
Sharp instincts for pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy in small formats
Ability to work quickly, incorporate feedback, and meet tight deadlines
