To support complex solution implementations, the full-time Senior Business Requirements Analyst will collect and document client requirements, facilitate discovery meetings, and leverage modern technologies to enhance requirements gathering while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
Collect and assess customer requirements related to network, software applications, and custom needs
Facilitate discovery meetings to develop and review the Requirements Document (RD)
Lead the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) to accurately capture client requirements for project estimates
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Technical Writing with 3 years of experience, or a HS/GED with 7 years of experience in financial and/or remittance check processing systems
Two or more years of experience leading discovery for financial technology projects
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
