Providing athletic travel support for collegiate clients, the full-time Athletics Travel Manager will manage individual and team travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional service for coaches, athletes, and staff while working remotely from various locations in the United States.
Key responsibilities
Arrange all aspects of individual and team athletic travel, including air, hotel, and transportation bookings
Handle vacation coverages for onsite schools and manage invoicing for group hotel and bus services
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication with clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
Proficiency in Sabre GDS with a minimum of five years of travel agency experience
Experience with air, car, and hotel bookings, including knowledge of airline exchanges
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and general office PC-based programs
Strong judgment and decision-making skills, capable of producing accurate work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and demonstrate professional customer service skills
