Managing the complex travel needs for the College Coaches Skills Camp, the full-time Athletics Travel Manager will oversee individual and administrative travel arrangements, including domestic air, hotel, and rental car bookings, while working remotely from North or South Carolina.
Key responsibilities
Manage client relationships related to travel arrangements for the College Coaches Skills Camp
Coordinate and fulfill a high volume of individual travel needs, including air, hotel, and rental car bookings
Provide emergency and after-hours support to travelers during peak event months
Required qualifications
Proven experience in relationship building and maintenance
Knowledge of Sabre or similar Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Experience with individual and group travel bookings
Familiarity with visa and country legal document requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general office software
