Job Description
We are in need of a Digital Marketing Director based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role involves spearheading our client's B2B marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation through various channels including paid advertising and social media. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping digital strategy, managing the email marketing calendar, and utilizing various tech platforms to distribute emails. This is 3-4 days onsite!

Responsibilities

Steer B2B marketing initiatives to drive lead generation.

Effectively manage paid advertising and social media campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Shape digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.

Oversee email marketing efforts, ensuring timely deployment of emails through various tech platforms.

Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement.

Develop an SEO keyword strategy in collaboration with content developers to improve website's ranking on search engines.

Monitor competitors' activities and adjust digital strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage traditional digital ads, including writing copy, design, and submission to websites.

Regularly generate monthly marketing reports to provide insights on what's working and what needs improvement.

Utilize homegrown CRM to track the lifecycle of an agent, connected to UTM tracking.

Explore and test new digital ad channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to broaden our reach.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in digital marketing

Proven experience in B2B Marketing

Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation

Experience in executing successful lead generation campaigns

Proficiency in Paid Social and Paid Advertising

Experience with WordPress, HTML, Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions, SEMRush, Formstack and GoToWebinar would be a plus

Google Analytics and Google Tags experience

Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Digital Strategy

Experience in managing and executing Email Campaigns

Proven track record in driving traffic to websites or online platforms

Experience in using SEMrush for SEO and SEM activities

Proficiency in conducting Keyword Research

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills
