How You Will Contribute

Lead as a player‑coach, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
Build a culture of ownership, integrity, and “get‑stuff‑done” execution
Deliver strong P&L performance through disciplined, data‑driven decisions
Optimize margins, manage costs, and uncover growth opportunities
Turn insights into action—quickly and effectively
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
Maintain audit readiness and proactively address risk
Protect the business while enabling smart growth
Licenses & Certifications

Active General lines Property & Casualty (2‑20) license (or ability to obtain)
Skills & Experience to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/industry experience
4–7+ years of experience in the wholesale insurance industry
Proven leadership, sales, and operational success
Strong financial and analytical acumen
Willingness to be on‑site in Tampa and travel as needed (up to 50%)
