Job Overview

Program Supervisor – full‑time position located in Lees Summit, MO. This role encompasses oversight of community and residential service programs, including Group Home, Individualized Supported Living, Day Habilitation, and related services for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and co‑existing mental health conditions.
Responsibilities

Track client progress and implement individualized support plans.
Supervise and coach direct support staff in residential facilities.
Develop and manage personnel schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation in compliance with policy.
Conduct staff performance reviews and progressive disciplinary actions.
Ensure program activities meet best‑practice standards and quality‑assurance requirements.
Provide leadership in crisis management, safety, and health‑care delivery.
Collaborate with family, staff, and external agencies on program goals.
Participate in on‑call rotation and billing, variance reporting, and budgeting.
Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human services or related discipline, or five years of relevant experience (two years in a management capacity).
One year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric disorders, and/or developmental disabilities.
Experience with Individualized Supported Living or similar residential services preferred.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; ability to obtain a Missouri Class E license.
