Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager, Global Strategic Marketing (GSM), Advanced Energy Capital Strategy and Innovation, based in Cincinnati, OH.
Senior Marketing Manager will lead execution of multiple funded and pre‑charter projects across the new product development lifecycle, launch excellence, market research, business case building, and related stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Co‑lead funded new product development projects to execute on the pipeline strategy.
Lead all related Strategic Marketing and Launch Excellence activities supporting marketing and commercial strategies for Capital Innovation projects through all launch phases.
Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) and customer validation efforts to ensure product features meet or exceed expectations.
Support and collaborate on key user interaction / touch points / graphical user interfaces across Advanced Energy projects.
Support the Service Solutions group with promotional materials for Energy Capital offerings and new funded projects.
Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build meaningful relationships and support individual I&A projects and the broader program.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Human Factors, Pre‑clinical, Clinical, Medical, Business Development, etc.).
Lead strategic research and VoC to refine segmentation, targeting, positioning, and dissemination.
Own and strengthen connection of strategic research and VoC to communication leads across Surgery and broader J&J MedTech.
Support marketing and commercial launch activities across the platform, staying abreast of competitive and market trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
6‑8years professional experience, with at least 5years in marketing and/or sales for medical devices or healthcare technology.
Experience in both upstream/front‑end and downstream/customer‑facing roles (regional preferred).
Experience with R&D or other technical background is preferred.
At least 2years working with Development Partners in a product development environment.
Medical technology or devices industry knowledge and OR environment familiarity preferred.
Hands‑on experience in MedTech Capital marketing or sales is a plus.
Outstanding analytics skills and ability to translate complex concepts.
Judgment, risk taking, customer relationship management, and commercial savvy.
Strong marketing track record and people‑management experience, preferably within J&J.
Strong cross‑boundary collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range:US$122,000–212,750 per year. Eligibility for company 401(k), long‑term incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, sick time, holiday pay, parental leave, bereavement leave, and other standard benefits.
