Job Summary

The Brand Program Coordinator will be part of the Strategy and Controls Department and will support the operations team with fuel marketing brands.
Responsibilities

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance summaries and site data reports.
Monitor service station performance across approximately 1700 locations and submit periodic reviews to management.
Identify optimization strategies for all classes of trades and support the development of marketing initiatives.
Produce operational reports on loyalty, image, and fuel brand marketing metrics.
Track and compile reports for dealer incentive programs.
Interface with Territory Managers, Area Managers, and Accounting Managers to gather and deliver data.
Assist in the creation of reports and data analysis for management.
Participate in major fuel brand philanthropy initiatives and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Assist in the development and approval of advertising and marketing collateral.
Track marketing campaign performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
1–2 years of related experience with financial reporting, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in database query languages.
Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
Ability to write, summarize, and relate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to brand meetings as needed.
High degree of professionalism, adaptability, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
