Job Overview

The Specialist, Partner Marketing is an individual‑contributor role that provides operational and execution support to the Partner Marketing team. The position offers a learning opportunity to deepen B2B and partner marketing expertise through hands‑on involvement in campaigns, communications, reporting, and industry events. It supports consistent program execution and will grow into a partner‑facing role as experience expands.
Responsibilities

Own operational execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring accurate delivery on schedule.
Manage internal partner marketing communications, including calendars, updates and visibility into timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
Produce and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc marketing reports and dashboards to support campaign reviews and decision‑making.
Manage Salesforce campaign setup, maintenance and audits to ensure accurate tracking, reporting integrity and data hygiene.
Manage partner participation at Relativity‑sponsored and third‑party industry events, including coordinating partner sponsorships, joint event presence, shared deliverables and post‑event follow‑up.
Lead assigned tactical initiatives and operational projects, driving timelines, asset readiness and cross‑functional coordination with minimal supervision.
Review, document and improve partner marketing workflows, processes and templates to enhance efficiency, consistency and scale.
Identify opportunities to streamline operational work through improved process design, automation and thoughtful use of AI‑powered tools in partnership with senior team members.
Must be located in the Chicago area and able to work from the office two days per week.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing operations.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently on assigned initiatives, managing timelines, details and stakeholders with minimal oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear internal updates and basic external marketing copy.
Working knowledge of marketing systems and tools such as Salesforce, email or marketing automation platforms, and project management software.
Comfort working with data, including maintaining reports or dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and drawing basic performance insights.
Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused with an interest in improving processes and operational efficiency.
Collaborative and adaptable with experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Interest in continuing to grow into a more partner‑facing partner marketing role over time.

Compensation

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $73,000 and $109,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
