Front-End Web Developer

Seeking a full-time Front-End Web Developer to build and optimize B2B marketing websites, this remote role involves owning front-end development projects, ensuring high-performance and accessible web experiences that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities

Develop features and enhancements for marketing sites, ensuring secure and performant implementation
Lead front-end architecture decisions and maintain component libraries while optimizing web pages for speed and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tracking, analytics, and responsive designs across devices

Required qualifications

3-6 years of professional front-end web development experience, preferably in marketing or growth contexts
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with expertise in React/NextJS
Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and building inclusive web experiences
Familiarity with modern deployment platforms and headless CMS (Contentful preferred)
Experience with web performance optimization and SEO technical fundamentals
