Senior Associate Account Manager

Hilb Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sr. Associate Account Manager to join our team in Roseland, NJ. This in‑office position will report to our agency office. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to prioritize, and work well with a team.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage clients' needs with enthusiasm and a personable approach.
Handle a dedicated book of business.
Gather information, prepare applications, quote, perform renewal marketing, handle endorsements, and maintain accurate file documentation.
Interact with and create relationships with producers and carriers.
Qualifications

Minimum high school degree.
Must be licensed or willing to obtain a license.
Experience with Microsoft suite of products; AMS360 experience is a plus.
Ability to multi‑task while maintaining accuracy.
Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
Accuracy is critical.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 per year.
