Job Purpose
Our Account Manager will be the liaison between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The role is responsible for the management and development of client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients while focusing on key client objectives and delivering appropriate resources.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for the client and provide service that exceeds expectations, measured through client scorecard and assessed in quarterly business reviews.
Responsible for account management and meeting day‑to‑day needs of the client.
Strengthen relations with key clients by establishing or maintaining communications and protocols.
Establish client account plans and implement quarterly business reviews.
Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
Work with finance, sourcing, and other internal departments to ensure all client goals are being met (budget, timelines, media performance, and client reporting).
Analyze results, industry information, and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign, both domestic and international.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications
Experience in delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
1+ years of account management or related experience.
Experience with print production/packaging and working knowledge of production materials (preferred).
Good understanding of kitting processes (preferred).
Strong listening, communication, and attention to detail skills.
Some travel required (minimal).
Work Experience
3‑5 years of related job experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
Experience interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives.
Experience planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
Strong planning and organization skills are required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
