You must conceptualize, write, and produce engaging radio commercials, station promos, and station imaging, execute full-cycle audio production, including voice-over work and final audio mastering for broadcast; maintain a consistent, high-quality sound across all brands; collaborate proactively with Sales, Programming, and Traffic to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and daily production needs; manage workflow, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines. You must have proven experience in radio/audio production and creative services, exceptional writing, production, and voice-over skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in production studio operations, audio boards, and digital systems such as AudioVault, ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment.
