SUMMARY

We're looking for summer help to support our photography needs! This role includes assisting with photo shoots and capturing high-quality images of our products for marketing and e-commerce. It is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using a camera.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with setting up and breaking down photo shoot equipment and product displays

Photograph products in various settings (studio and/or natural light)

Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and image quality across product shots

Organize, label, and manage photo files for easy access and use

Edit and retouch photos as needed for use on the webstore and marketing materials

Collaborate with the marketing or creative team to meet visual content needs

Maintain equipment and ensure it's in good working condition

Stay on schedule and meet photo deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

High school diploma or current enrollment in high school or college required

No professional experience required—just a creative eye, willingness to learn, and attention to detail!

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Previous experience with photography (school projects, freelance, or personal portfolio) is a plus

Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is:

Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during photo shoots

Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment and products (up to 25 lbs)

Manual dexterity to operate cameras and computer equipment

Occasional bending and kneeling to get the perfect shot

Ability to work indoors in a warehouse environment

Working Conditions

May be exposed to varying lighting conditions and equipment noise during photo shoots

Collaborative work environment with team members

Must be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Hours of Work

The standard work hours for this position are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, flexibility may be required based on business needs or project deadlines.
