As a Staffing Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting talent with mid-size companies across OC, LA, and the Inland Empire. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission and provides opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative sales environment. You will be responsible for driving business development and client satisfaction while working as an individual contributor or as part of a sales team, with occasional local travel required.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the staffing industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction
Provide accurate reporting on sales pipeline and client interactions
Lead initiatives as an individual contributor or as part of a sales team, with potential leadership responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of staffing sales experience
Demonstrated success in staffing and sales roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
