As a Digital Campaign Manager (Mensch) you are responsible for the timely start of campaigns, the execution and optimization of digital campaigns, and ensure a smooth technical implementation across all relevant systems and partners.
Campaign management: You operationally implement digital campaigns from setup to delivery including technical setups and measurements. Through continuous performance analysis, you identify optimization potentials and continuously develop the campaigns.
Interface management: You work closely with consulting, planning, and ad operations as well as with the expert teams Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic to ensure smooth coordination in the campaign process.
Technical implementation: You ensure optimal processes between marketers, ad servers (Google Campaign Manager & Adform), and third-party providers (e.g., Nielsen, IAS & DoubleVerify).
Ad material coordination: You coordinate the coordination with creative agencies for the production of the planned ad materials.
Monitoring & pacing: You always keep an eye on the campaign delivery, intervene in case of anomalies or low performance, and control the pacing to ensure the booked delivery.
Performance & pacing: Based on relevant KPIs, you analyze the campaign performance, derive learnings, and develop optimization approaches to increase results.

Education: You have a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
Professional experience & expertise: You have experience in the online area, ideally as an ad/campaign manager, know the most important online KPIs, and have reporting experience if possible.
Technical understanding: You have knowledge of third-party tracking possibilities as well as basic HTML/CSS skills.
Tools & number affinity: Good Office 365 skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and analytical understanding characterize you.
Work style: A reliable, independent, and structured way of working is just as important to you as resilience and team orientation.
Language skills: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking complete your profile.
Furthermore, you are organized, reliable, and meticulous.
