2026 Wage Band: $25.00 - $30.00

Status: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt

POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s marketing efforts by managing digital content, social media management, brand consistency, promotional materials, and online presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for helping build awareness, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring marketing materials remain current and reflective of company initiatives.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with leadership and store teams to execute marketing campaigns, maintain website and digital assets, create engaging content, and support promotional branding initiatives across both digital and print platforms.

Digital Presence & Website Management

Maintain and update website content, imagery, promotions, and product-related information to ensure accuracy and alignment with current sales initiatives and brand standards

Monitor website functionality and user experience, escalating issues or improvement opportunities as needed

Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve online visibility and digital engagement

Create, schedule, and manage text blast campaigns and other digital customer communication efforts

Provide consistency in online branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all digital platforms

Social Media & Content Creation

Build and strengthen the company’s online presence and brand identity across primary social platforms

Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including stories, reels, grid posts and video content on TikTok

Monitor trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to identify opportunities for growth and increased visibility. Implement trends during times of peak engagement

Respond to or elevate customer engagement and social interactions professionally to maintain the integrity of the company’s brand and online presence

Collaborate with store teams to capture relevant content, promotions, events, and product highlights

Graphic Design & Promotional Materials

Lead creation and coordination of digital and print marketing materials including advertisements, digital banners, signage, billboards, merchandise, and other branded assets

Coordinate digital advertising assets for platforms including iHeartJane, Leafly, and the marketing channels/partners

Communication

Lead communication of marketing rollouts to ensure management and employees clearly understand and successfully execute marketing initiatives and directives

Consistently communicate in company Slack channels, responding to marketing requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Team Support

Support team operations with a collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach

Assist with additional marketing initiatives, operational needs and other duties as assigned

Maintain flexibility and professionalism while supporting evolving business priorities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field highly preferred

Previous experience managing social medial accounts, digital content, and brand marketing required

Must provide examples of previous social media, design, or marketing work/portfolio

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing software preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and ability to navigate to multiple locations

Previous cannabis knowledge or industry experience is not a requirement

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)

Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and crouching throughout shifts

Regularly lift, carry, or move products and materials up to 30 pounds

Ability to navigate sales floors and stock rooms, occasionally using step stools or ladders for product retrieval

Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a busy, sometimes crowded, environment

Regular attendance and punctuality, supported by reliable transportation

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations, team success, and company objectives
