Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Sales and sales team with daily administrative tasks, including sales reports, billing, points calculations and other tasks as requested.
Coordinate group reservations, input rooming lists, and manage cut-off dates in accordance with brand and hotel policies.
Prepare and distribute group resumes and BEOs to internal departments to ensure seamless service execution.
Support the team in conducting site tours and presentations when needed.
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts such as e-blasts, local outreach, social media and collateral creation.
Maintain inventory of promotional materials and coordinate shipping for trade shows or client events.
Assist other departments as needed and any additional duties as requested
Education and Experience
Minimum of High School education,
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel or administrative assistant role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Understands cross team functions and ability to manage processes
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven and strategic thinking
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
