Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain packaging, assembly, and outgoing/incoming inspection work instructions to validate material moved through the quality & production process meets BEA's quality standards
Maintain records in accordance with standard document control methods (revision control, distribution, communication, archiving, etc.) for new and existing documents
Participate in cross-functional meetings for assignment and prioritization of documentation tasks
Create & update packaging solutions and labels as needed for BEA's products
Provide support for the Production team for quality-related process steps and other topics as needed.
Validate inspection methods as written and provide related support for the Quality team as needed.
Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, with demonstrated level of both writing and technical capability.
Very good written and verbal communication skills are required. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines & demonstrated capability as a self-starter in a hands-on environment is required.
1-3 Years of Experience in a technical writing role
