Columbus, Ohio - On-Site (must be able to work at a physical office location)

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Full-time)
Position Overview

The Customer Experience & E-Commerce Support Specialist plays a central role in supporting customers while contributing to day-to-day e-commerce operations and business growth. This position combines customer service, order management, content creation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing and tracking orders, resolving issues, creating product and marketing content, and supporting efforts to improve product listings and promotions.

Success in this role requires strong organization, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. This position is well-suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, adapts quickly, and contributes to both customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assist with product questions, order processing, and issue resolution
Track shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Use creative problem-solving to resolve customer concerns
E-Commerce Operations

Support order management, pricing updates, and listing accuracy
Assist with resolving marketplace-related issues and seller inquiries
Analyze customer feedback, returns, and order data to identify improvement opportunities
Content & Growth Support

Write product descriptions and assist with listing optimization
Take and edit product photos and create basic video content
Support social media, blog content, and promotional materials
Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer behavior
Assist with projects such as product bundling, promotional campaigns, and return analysis
Examples of Current Work

Team members in this role may:
Coordinate with online marketplaces to resolve pricing or listing issues
Create promotional materials and product bundles
Conduct research using social media and online platforms
Photograph and edit product images for multiple channels
Review returns and customer feedback to improve listings and performance
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in customer service or sales required; e-commerce experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability
Emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
