Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Interventional GI & Accessories team. This exciting role is pivotal in managing our innovative endoscope portfolio, which includes cutting‑edge solutions for ERCP, EUS, and Double Balloon Enteroscopy, as well as essential accessories for endoscopic procedures. You will collaborate cross‑functionally within our organization and engage with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to drive product commercialization strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Interventional GI & Accessory product portfolio, facilitating strong cross‑departmental collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Build and sustain relationships with KOLs, conducting presentations, site visits, and engaging at industry events to gather insights and support product development.
Provide expert clinical and market knowledge in the product franchise, staying informed about emerging trends and customer preferences.
Assist in sales demonstrations, partnering closely with sales teams to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
Develop strategic plans for the next 3 to 5 years, including product and marketing strategies and commercial plans to maximize market adoption.
Collaborate actively in pipeline discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing teams, promoting innovation and product improvements.
Oversee the commercialization activities for new products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective launch and post‑launch support.
Engage with field personnel and leadership to drive field initiatives and collaborations.
Organize trade show participation, focusing on objectives, booth requirements, and event execution.
Provide technical assistance and training on products to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Lead product evaluation protocols for new offerings, managing the site selection and project summarization tasks.
Implement strategies to showcase the clinical and economic benefits of our technologies.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in healthcare or biological sciences.
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including roles such as product manager or senior product manager.
At least 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a solid clinical background.
Experience in Interventional GI is highly preferred.
A results‑oriented focus with strong problem‑solving abilities and urgency in meeting business needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, motivating team members effectively.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes in the U.S. is desirable.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands/fingers to operate necessary equipment.
Capable of standing, talking, and hearing for significant portions of the workday.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Close vision capabilities are required.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends, up to 50% of the time (mostly domestic, some international).
A valid driver's license is necessary.
