Supporting the Regional Growth team, the part-time Sales Coordinator will maintain data integrity, assist with pricing accuracy, and drive operational excellence across operator accounts while working remotely for 25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Cleanup and maintain operator contact information in Salesforce
Audit and validate external websites and Salesforce data for accuracy
Reach out to existing operators to verify information and recommend optimizations
Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, or operations
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational systems
Ability to identify patterns and operational opportunities within data
Strong process discipline and documentation habits
Self-motivated and dependable with detail-oriented workflows
