Leading corporate development initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Development will manage mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market analysis to drive growth and operationalize strategic priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate development strategy, prioritizing acquisition and partnership opportunities
Lead transaction processes from sourcing to execution, ensuring alignment and diligence
Build financial narratives and market analyses to support executive decision-making and partnership structuring

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting with a focus on complex transactions
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, including market and competitive analysis, business case development, and financial modeling
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience driving alignment across diverse teams
Curiosity about frontier technologies and the ability to assess new markets and business models quickly
