Senior Associate, Corporate Affairs and Communication

At PwC, our people in corporate affairs and communications are responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation. They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public.
Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organization. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organization's goals, values, and initiatives.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate Affairs and Communication team you will assist in crafting clear and engaging communications that drive awareness and support change initiatives. As a Senior Associate, you will lead efforts to translate complex information into impactful messaging while working with stakeholders to enhance internal communications. Responsibilities
Drive awareness of change initiatives through impactful messaging

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
At least 2 years of experience in corporate or internal communications and/or change management within a matrixed organization
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric preferred
Demonstrating proficiency in writing, editing, and storytelling
Translating complex strategies into clear messaging
Managing multiple assignments with attention to precision
Utilizing digital communication channels effectively
Familiarizing with AI tools for content development
Analyzing engagement data to inform improvements
Promoting continuous improvement in communications

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
