Senior Commercial Manager

Leading the pre-sales and tendering process, the full-time Senior Commercial Manager will develop high-quality proposals for High Voltage Substations and Electrical Transmission systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Develop complete proposals in collaboration with various internal teams and ensure compliance with customer requirements
Engage with customers throughout the tendering phase, addressing clarifications and identifying needs
Conduct risk assessments and manage the Commercial Risk Review Process, ensuring adherence to tendering processes

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and project management or a related role
At least 7 years of experience with AC substations and Electrical Transmission systems
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
